At Hills Podiatry Centre we are not in the business of selling orthotics. We aim to provide our clients with the best treatment plan possible. This will at times involve Orthotic Therapy.

To see if Orthotics are appropriate for you, you will need a biomechanical assessment with your podiatrist at the Hills Podiatry Centre.

The assessment process allows us to determine the correct prescription for your orthotic.

Other factors that affect your orthotic prescription are your lifestyle, activities, occupation, the shoes you wear and your weight.

You may find an orthotic useful if:

  • You have flat feet
  • You have heel, foot shin, knee pain
  • You often sprain your ankle
  • One side of your shoe sole wears faster than the other
